[Speed Issues] Can't Use Internet Speed Test

I have two computers. On my main computer, the one the Ubee modem is connected to, I can not even complete the Charter test. I get a red error message. On my other computer, the test works fine, and download speed is 21.96 Mbps. Why can I complete the speed test on one computer and not the other? -- Gary Will Fly for Food
