I have only been with charter for 2 months I have Tier 1 and 2 plus all the movie channels and 2 DVR's I was told my bill would be $175 a month ok last month my bill was $217 and I understood that with all the prorated charges it may be higher, well I added MLB:EI but after seeing I wouldn't watch enough games I canceled it 2 days later (was told I had 30 days to cancel it) I was suppose to get a credit, well this month my bill was $500.38 I called charter as well chat online with charter and was told I had $238 one time charges I asked what for and was told $199 for MLB:EI and $29.99 for an install charge adding the second DVR.
I then explained I had canceled MLB:EI but they were no help so I reached out to charter on Facebook they then had an upper Management call me on Tuesday he said he would look in to getting me a $199 credit since I never got a credit told me he would call me back Wed and I got no call he then called yesterday left a messege saying he was still looking into it and would call me back today and I still haven't got a call.
I just feel like I am getting the run around and I don't know what else to do.
