Anyone else experiencing packet loss in the DFW area? It started for us a few days back with a brief power outage. After the power came back on the connection appears to be iffy ever since. Initially we were getting speed results of about 5 down/0.25 up (we're on 30/4) and they're back up now, but the packet loss is really interfering with any kind of gaming.

Tech said they see no issues and that the problem shouldn't be with the modem. I'm not a networking guy so - any tips? anyone else seeing this?
