Attempted to put the Disney Channel on for my daughter via the Roku while I did some work. I got error 400-1 on the Roku. Attempted to get it on my laptop and got the same error but this time an explanation. It indicated that I do not subscribe to The Disney Channel, which in fact I do, and to call my service provider.
After being bounced around to various people all morning (I was actually sent to a nice lady in billing that had no idea what I was talking about nor could offer any assistance other than to transfer me again), I finally was told by a CSR that they have been having issues with the Watch ESPN & Watch ABC services. Which would explain why the Watch Disney apps do not work. Disney owns them all...
But beside all this, why do the CSRs always transfer the call to the wrong department. It was three times this morning. Are they that poorly trained?
